Challenging and Supportive
Helen shared her knowledge and time to support each student individually as we experimented with these new materials. She challenged us to think in new ways and gave generously of her support when we had questions or encountered problems in our work.

The Most Important Thing I Could Learn
I thought class was well paced and definitely got me thinking more about shapes, how sculptures could be built, color vs minimal color and materials.
Also you and class members gave me a lot of much needed confidence that my ideas are valid and that I should continue to explore and trust myself. I think it's the most important thing I could learn!

A Great Class and Generous Teacher
This painting has been my nemesis for weeks. But acrylic skins like I learned from Helen’s workshop brought it together and saved it. Thanks Helen!

As Academic as College Classes
Thanks for the help and encouragement. You are right in saying that I will never forget the concepts of this lesson! I love how academic these classes have been. Right up there with college classes.

Loved the Class
I’ve loved the class, have been surprised and humbled by how much I didn’t know and how much there is to know about color.
